President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has announced several key leadership appointments across vital institutions under the Federal Ministry of Education, signaling a structural revitalization in the nation's education sector. Prof Modupe Adeola Adelabu has been officially appointed as the Chairman of the Governing Board of the National Examination Council (NECO), with Prof Ibrahim Dantani Wushishi retained as the registrar to ensure operational stability. For the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE), Professor Babatunde Salako was appointed as the new chairman. In addition, the President renewed the tenure of Prof. Chinwe Veronica Anunobi as CEO of the National Library of Nigeria for a final five-year term.
